The first two weeks of our month abroad were spent in England aboard a Fiat Hymer camper caravan with my Aunty Jude and close family friend Thena. Our trusty vehicle provided a unique way to experience rural Britain. Some of the sanctioned caravan sites are located in farmer's fields right alongside the sheep herd. We began in South England in The New Forest and the Dorset coast, then headed towards the Cotswolds. From there we headed East for some sailing and cycling in the Norfolk Broads. Finally, we drove South to Cambridge where we parted ways, Rhoda and I bound for Turkey.
Aunty Jude and Thena were perfect travelling companions - curious, adventurous and so generous to us!
